Phimocure review - is it worth the 23 quid

Welcome to my blog...
Firstly I'm new to blogging and as I'm fairly unimaginative, I thought I would start with some product reviews.
The first one is quite a sensitive issue, and relates to my manhood.
I don't remember how it started but as far as I can remember (early teens I guess) the tip of my foreskin has been tight - something I now know as phimosis. It never really caused an issue other than slight soreness after any sexual encounter.
As I got older I decided to see how I could deal with it, and naturally looked online. I came across a guide which I am not even going to add a link to as it is shocking. It gives advice on how to cut away the foreskin in small sections at home! It was barbaric and you would think that I would not have even contemplated doing it. But as I am an absolute idiot I did contemplate it and tried to cut a slit in my foreskin tip. It was only around 3 to 4mm long but this became the beginning of a long term issue. Despite applying lidocaine the pain and blood were horrific and prevented me from going any further with the ridiculous idea.
Fast forward 2 years and I was left with a scar which tightened my foreskin further and completely prevented my foreskin from being pulled back over the glans.
Eventually I went to see my doctor about it to ask what the treatment options were, and as I guessed 'circumcision is the only way to fix phimosis' was his concluding statement.
Although he said he could get me in quickly (and free under the NHS), I wasn't thrilled at the idea of having to go through that.
I read a few suggestions about stretching with different household items, earrings, moulding gadgets from plastic etc.
As I said earlier I'm unimaginative so had a look around at ready made phimosis devices to use.
I'm not really poor but I'm not wealthy either and felt a bit like these companies were set up to charge high prices and profit from my desire to avoid someone taking a knife to my penis. I read some good reviews about phimocure and figured that I would give them a go first so bought their kit for £23.
When it arrived I rushed into the bathroom to try it, fitted a ring, and forgot about it for the next hour. I then came to remove it, and noticed that it was no longer there. Hmm this is going to really P me off I thought, how can I use them if they just fall out.
I emailed phimocure and decided to explain how they had wasted my hard earned cash. Then felt bad as they explained that they'd send me a free replacement and explained to 'insert the channel of the ring inside the tightest area of foreskin, with a rim either side to hold it in place'. Seemed logical I thought, and as the next size I had was too big, I waited for the replacement.
After receiving it, I fitted with more care and thankfully progressed through the sizes at a reasonable rate (about 5 days per size).
After a short while I was up to ring 11 but realised that I had somehow lost ring 12. I didn't want to halt my progress after doing so well and realised that there was another option - all of the rings fit inside each other! So I was able to fit ring 11 and push ring 7 into the centre of it to increase the stretch and continue!
All in all I feel massively relieved at being able to avoid circumcision. I know that some will read this and think 'man up!' but it scared the hell out of me.
I don't know if it helped but I also used a stretch mark cream which is used by pregnant mums, and occasionally stole my girlfriend's bio oil.
I love being able to pull my foreskin back now, I'm quite a hygienic guy and it always seemed a bit gross to not be able to wash completely.

I hope that my first blog has been interesting to some, and maybe even offer hope for those faced with the same issue.

My next review will be something completely different and possibly more interesting to most - Translogic motorcycle quickshifters, fitment and daily use

  1. I just recently found out a few months ago that I've had phimosis for a long time, which is the prime reason I didn't want to be in a relationship but I found a very special woman that makes me happy.who is now my girlfriend I told her about this condition, and to me it's serious, I just ordered the phimocure last week, I am anxious for it to come and start using it. Your blog was very interesting and helpful. 😊

  5. It is clearly working for me......I started 5 days ago with a size 4 ring, the largest I could fit without too much discomfort. A word on this........I say discomfort, rather than pain because there is a difference. If there is no discomfort the rng is not exerting any pressure on the phimotic ring and won't acheive anything, so mild discomfort is OK. My procedure is simple.....smooth some creaqm into the tip, leaving enough to act as a lubricant. Insert the ring.......some discomfort and "sting" is to be expected, but if severe the ring is too large. Apply some more cream to help soothing. Leave in place for at least an hour before removing and smoothing in more cream. A certain amount of redness is to be expected.....this will subside with use of the cream IF YOU HAVE KEPT EVERYTHING CLEAN. Any persistant inflammation shoild be investigated.
I find that I can keep the ring in for 4 or 5 hours as long as the intial discomfort subsides as the phimotic ring relaxes. I currently use mine twice a day, once in the morning and again in the evening, taking it out before sleeping.
Remember, on next insertion there will be discomfort again but this lessens each time.
With the smaller rings, a couple of uses of each ring was sufficient. With ring 8 I needed four sessions before I was confident to progress to ring 9...... now in its first session.
It becomes obvious fairly quickly what the results are...... from the small immovable hole I had, I've already progressed to pulling back to expose about a quarter of the glans when flaccid......just 5 days. Although I hope for a full regression I won't lose sight that phimosis is a progressive disease and it will eventually recur so I expect to have to use the method to keep it at bay.....probably permenently.....a small price to pay.
